We are dedicated to providing high-speed broadband internet access to rural mid-America. Through partnerships both public and private, we utilize fixed-point wireless solutions to make high-speed broadband a reality to customers who lack access to traditional wired services like DSL and cable.
History
QWireless grew out of services previously provided by Norlight Inc. prior to that company’s December, 2010 merger with Windstream Communications. Following the Norlight-Windstream merger, Norlight’s wireless internet services were spun off as a new, independent business, with the founding of QWireless in May, 2011. Former Norlight associates who focused on wireless internet services have moved to the new company, bringing a level of experience and expertise not often found in the world of wireless internet services.
